Looks like maybe some brown diatom. Just set up the tank? (day 11) This would be most common in newly set up tanks. If you have room, Otcinclus will have you tank clean in less than a day or two.
Can't see too much there of anything stringy, just a tiny bit on the left of the picture. How does the rest of your tank look?
