Just to clarify since I mentioned them - the orange neos would be exactly the same species of shrimp as a red cherry shrimp are just a different color morph/version of the shrimp.
Care and behavior is identical to RCS but you just don't want to mix them or the colors will get muddied in the offspring. One color per tank.
