I buy my flake food 1 lb at a time mail order. Pellets for bottom feeders, I haven't found one in bulk that I really like so I still buy that from the LFS.

You would compare the reconstituted amounts.
So 2 oz of dry would turn into 1 lb so 2 oz of dry equals 1 lb of flake (for cost comparisons)
