Hello pozman. This plant is extremely difficult to grow. I applaud you for giving it a try. CO2 is probably a good idea and you'll need more than moderate lighting.
Be prepared for the plant to die back by at least half, if not more. You'll also need to clean your filter equipment often, because of the dead plant material.
I attempted to grow this plant attached to pieces of lava rock in a low-tech, 30 G tank, moderate lighting and liquid ferts dosed a couple of times per week. It looked very good in the beginning, but died within a few weeks.
