How much do I need?

I've got an AR-380 (35 litres); how much of the ADA Aqua Soil Amazonia (don't really get the I from the II) to fill an average substrate for a planted tank and do I really need the additives?

I need to know which bag of ADA AS Amazonia to buy. How do I calculate such for a decent amount for a planted tank. It is for an AR-380 (38 W x 46 H x 25 D x 34 L CM)
