The underwater form doesn't look like a four leave clover btw, it looks more like glosso. The height is about half an inch or smaller. Quite a low plant and grows quite fast in good conditions.

Has it been in there longer than a week? If so, and you're dosing proper EI, you lack either light or CO2 or both (stunted new growth). Healthy R. Rotundifolia would be pinkish in good lighting.
