How to remove algae off of silicone sealant?

Mix excel with water in a spray bottle and spray when doing water changes. Works like a charm.

How can you count 20-30bps? Did you record your bubble counter with a slow motion camera and replay it. Because that seems like just a stream of airflow and no distinct bubble for the eye to see.

Good to know. I don't think it'll hurt your plants too much. In fact, having nought for several days might help eradicate some (if any) unwanted algae.
