Help! my anubias plants are in bad shape!

Two of my anubias plants aren't doing well at all right now. the tips of the leaves turn yellow, and then the whole leaf rots and falls off. These are my favorite plants and I've had them for 2 years...

I think I've heard of people keeping Pothos either in ripariums or aquariums, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I know you can propagate Pothos easily by cutting it and putting it in water...
