Do you mean fogging up the glass, or the fog being pumped into the tank via a humidifier? If the latter it depends on the equipment, I'd think the tank can lessen eh fog but not increase it depending...

I can't think of an alliterative except maybe dwarf baby tears if you have high humidity, or maybe a moss.. you can also go trim crazy to keep what you have manageable.
