(4/3)*pi*8^3(conservative estimate)= 2144 in^3, or 9.28g. Since I'm almost positive this is 19" diameter, it will almost be guaranteed to be more volume than this, I don't see the problem here....

Well, I don't mind running the moonlight 24/7, since it will hopefully be at low power anyway. I'll definitely look into the TruAqua light, if it can grow plants even at low light, I'm fine with that.
