I think you should leave it as is. Those fish you would like to add would require at least a group of 6 to thrive. Your tank may be able to handle the bioload of extra fish, but less fish= less...

chili rasboras, celestial pearls danios are both great nano fish that are hardy and are the size of endlers. Sometimes they can be hard to find though depending on what kind of LFSs you have nearby.

Is the scale ur using for what is low, medium, in high light different because from what i have seen:
Values between 10-30 are considered low light.
Values between 30-80 are considered medium...
