Well that isn't really alot of light for a tank of that size, which is good because you are not focusing on growing plants. With that said, i would not keep the lights on for more than 10-11 hours...

I might add that tank runs out fairly quick, like a month and a half for a 5lb tank. I do pump a lot of co2 into both tanks, a 55 gallon and a 26 gallon, and both have a decent amount of water...

Stresszyme isn't for de-chlorination. It's for biological filtration support. Stresscoat is and by the way you'll see most of the people on this forum use Prime for cholrine, it works...
