I agree with the nerite snail eggs. That is what they looked like to me immediately.

Do you have nerite snails in the tank? Could also be cory eggs as I see a cory in the picture. And I think I see a gammarus shrimp. He will eat the corys eggs if the corys themselves won't do it...

One would be fine by itself. They are not social in any way. Unless you want to breed them, one is actually the way to go. I too have had good results keeping them with RCS. But the CPOs killed off...

Cory eggs can take up to 7 days to hatch. A heater is not needed nor do they need an air stone. I usually put the eggs in a cup with tank water and put them under the bathroom sink for 4 to 5 days...

You can keep them together but be aware that RCS may outcompete CRS in breeding and food. Also a 50% water change is asking for trouble. I would not change out more than 10% weekly with only shrimp...

I would not add more then two if you can get a pair. A pair usually does ok if they like each other, more of them could spell trouble. I could never keep more than 2 successfully in a 15 gal. Anytime...

If it's honey gourami that changes things. Blue, golden and opaline gouramis are bullys. From what I heard honey gouramis are much less aggressive.

Golden gouramis do not do well together. If you have a pair it may work but 3 is a crowd either way. Most likely this one is being attacked by the other 2. You need to move him/her to another tank.

Just make sure the schooling fish are not neon tetras or that size. Neon tetras are a favorite snack for adult angelfish. Other than that I think stocking wise you should be fine.

I freeze water bottles and drop them in the tank twice a day. I only do it in my CRS tank. My other shrimp seem to be ok with the hot temps even the OEBTs.
