My 30 gallon is all potted. If you get smaller pots, deep substrate, and plan accordingly you can even hide most of the pots. :smile: It's the cleanest tank I have!

Filtration, an Aquatop CF-500UV is a great filter for the money. I use one on my 90, so it would definitely handle your 75.

Lights, a single cheaper...

I doubt it's the paint. I made a custom spray bar for my tank. Painted it, and had it in the tank, fumes and all, two hours later after it was dry to the touch. Nothing died. If that didn't hurt...

I've read a million opinions on this and the rub always seems to be when the bulb actually dies...verses when it degrades (PAR/PUR whatever) for our planted tank purposes. So you get varying answers....

The pressure coming out of the tank is irrelevant. You will need enough pressure to push the Co2 though whatever method of diffuser you choose, but other than that pressure isn't a concern.
