I am not sure if they are plant and fish safe. They tore up my HC in my Ebi, move them to my Edge and they killed 3 of my neons and ransack my anubias.

Lol that is exactly my thought. I still have mine though. In a year and half, I broke it down 3 times and about to do my fourth. Maybe not... It is a pain to maintain it.

If you take the glass cover off, will the humid damage the canopy if you have one? I wasn't using glass top and found some mold on left hand side of my canopy (It's unfinished btw).
