Seachem has good tabs. Avoid API's tabs , they contain urea (aka pee).

I use espoma palm tone. Put it in gell caps and stick it a finger's length into the substrate. I do the same with azomite.

You could probably use the same supplements reef keepers use. The real issue is the low PH. Raising the PH will slow/stop the erosion and carbonates will help repair the damage.
