CO2 flux does not matter much then.
Plants like water changes under those conditions.

More issues with not enough current and not enough CO2, ferts should be plenty for even very high light weedy stem plant tanks.

So more trimming, water changes, cleaning and CO2 will help.

Lots of water changes, add some ferts and that's it. The rest is good CO2, that's what you should be most concerned about for any new tank.

Ferts, cycling, do not worry about, it'll happen.
