I use those in almost all my tanks. In my 10g's, I use both the I's and II's, but you probably have to cut the uplift tube for the II.

IMO, the III is a little overkill.

I'd go with Blue-Eyes (Pseudomugil). Fucatas and Gertrudaes are probably the easiest to find.
