The center PVC is where the water is pushed up...

The center PVC is where the water is pushed up through. The outer water diffuses the Co2 and then the water goes up the center PVC to the tank.

Ah thanks I don't know why I was thinking yeast. I still would do the pressurized, mixing stuff and cleaning bottles is not fun. If you can find the money for pressurized it would be well spent.
