Buy the reg from GLA, save yourself some cash on shipping and buy the tank locally, same with the timers and little stuff. There is no need to ship yourself a tank, most places just swap tanks...

I really dont believe its 1 in 20. I think its impossible to put a number on something like that, plus a lot of gassing's are some sort of user error not regs failing all the time.

Yup, like you I already had an inline diffuser running so I wasnt in too much of a rush to put it all together. All in all, very simple to build. I'd be glad to help with pics and stuff if you need....

It does suck but there's really no reason to not use CO2 because of it. Its like plane crashes, you only hear about the bad stuff, not the millions of other flights that arrive safe.
