The Ludwigia is not repens. It's L. palustris of some kind. With near certainty, the 'red' is palustris too. From where did it come? Why is it so red? Dunno.

Well, could be L. caroliniana too. Hard to say. Definitely Lilaeopsis from the septate leaves that widen at the tip. Might be more clear when it grow in more.

That's an Isoetes, a fern ally (NOT actually a fern). I think the common one in the trade is I. lacustris, but figuring out otherwise is probably impossible without a good plant key and microscope. ...

That's just how it is. Species names are never capitalized. It's not like a person's name. It used to be that species named after people had caps on the species name, but that has been abandoned.
