Depending on the type of heat lamp, you may or may not have UVA rays being emitted. If the heat lamp is a daylight basking lamp, it likely has UVA. If it is red, purple or ceramic, it will not.

I recently bought dwarf baby tears var. 'cuba attached to tufa rock, so I would assume you could attach HC with a net and get the same result. Just make sure the rock is porous like lava rock.

Honestly the second and the third pic look like the same plant but from different agles. Both resemble alteranthera var. reinicki (not positive on spelling). Ammania tends to have a much larger stem.

It should not make a difference as to what brand canister you inject co2 into. Some are better than others at breaking down the bubbles, depending upon how the water enters and exits the canister....

I know of those bulbs well. The pic in my avatar was of an old 72bow that ran the coralife 4-bulb PC fixture. I was running two AGA 8K and 2 GE Aqua Rays. Great colors!
