I could be wrong, but those look like green spot puffers. They will need brackish water, and you may have trouble with some of those plants in brackish.

this was my thought too, but puffers are more sensitive to water quality than other fish. I plan on planting I high plant load initially, this should help prevent any poor water conditions.
