Shouldn't be a problem right now the best shipping time. I've put a lot of shrimp in a breather bag. A cold pack not bad idea right now though.

Yea seperate them and see if you can do some selective breeding, just be patient and cull! Will take awhile to get it more defined and stable.

That was just a storage tank. I picked them up in New York city and took them back to Syracuse. I use ADA Soil in my tanks, RO water and Salty Shrimp. It keeps it perfect!

Yea I would be running lol. If it was a small tank I would say go for it. 130g of water has enormous pressure. Even if patched, glued, or whatever it is on the seam where a lot of the pressure will...

Never meant it was on our end. Meant there are circumstances that happen way before the fish is ever in the tank. When you first started out to, tanks were never perfect, nor did you know everything...

I also do this lol, if it's expensive they know,the first time I ask I won't buy. Its probably around the 5th trip I end up buying the fish. I always wait if possible to scope their tanks out.

There are some decent heat controllers to set to shut off heaters if they fail or swing too much. I have them on a few tanks. They do work and I've had 2 alarms of failed heaters since I used them....

I have a 90g close to the wall and it is a pain in the butt. Especially when you have custom plumbing and need to clean it out one day. When I move it will probably leave a foot or so back there.

Could try vacumming it out again or add another layer on top of the substrate. Easiest solution would be just to spend the money and buy new substrate. This happens when it gets moved and disturbed...
