It's bulky there are PAR 38 leds lights, 10, 12, 14, 15W. I saw and interesting COB led light on eBay, 20W, 2000 lumens, 6000-6500K.

Why not use led spot lights PAR38 instead, there are 10W, 12W, 14W, 15W, available in daylight.

Maybe but I believe that the spectral color that a led emits is very limited. Leds can be designed for any spectral color, but only one at a time.
