It looks a lot like my angelicus loachs (Botia kubotai). They come in a bunch of different patterns, but I really think that's what it is.

Yea, that's the same problem I'm having with my canon digital camera. When I take the picture it comes out way to bright and "glary". Maybe working with the white balance thing will help.... Never...

No, I wasn't able to figure out a way to do that. Unfortuantly I'm a CS major, not an EE major :). But it still works really well with the inline switch I'm using.
