Personally I use 3:1 mostly vinegar cause we have very hard water up here and the higher concentrate dissolves the "leftovers" better
then I rinse real well a couple of times.

110 watts is way less than 2wpg. swords should be able to be grown under 2-2.5 and 8-10 hours is about right for the legnth of time. I would definately up grade your lights a little. on my 75 low...
