Great start, I like the looks of your rocks and the driftwood. I agree with green_valley though, if you spread the rocks out a little more randomly I think it will look more natural.

They look a little too small to be MTS, but if they are eating their shells to replenish calcium that could explain it. I know I have been overfeeding which is what caused the population to get this...

And the shrimp don't eat the snails, they usually pick them to clean their shells then spit them...

Your tank looks great, good job. Like mcwf12 said, your yellows and RCS will interbreed so I wouldn't put them in the tank together unless you are okay with wild colored babies.
