i am sure you have some co2 in your tank, but some of the streaming could be coming from torn, cut, or bruised parts of plants. that will happen when there is co2 present in the water.

well, it will be a while before i can say. i did a major chop on all the plants to about the same height so that the lower parts can get more sun. hated doing it.
