Sorry for your lost. Any changes to your CO2 system I would recommend start from low and gradually turn it up regardless of using diffuser or reactor.

I received the 5 way regulator yesterday, everything is looking good so far. Only one minor issue is the suction cup on the bubble counter will not stick, even on glass but it's not big deal.

I will be making a new CO2 reactor exactly like this. I can make additional ones for sale if anybody is interested. The total material cost for this is well around $40.
