Can you post closer photos of the leaves? I agree with Seattle, a deficiency is unlikely, while snails or insect damage is more likely. A close up picture will help tell.

You don't need to throw it out. Just use a siphon to dig down into the substrate and remove all the mulm that has likely accumulated in it and blocked up the spaces between the Eco-complete granules....

Honestly it doesn't really matter that you dosed NPK because those three are mobile nutrients and a deficiency of these would only show up on lower leaves, not new leaves.

Did you dose CSM+B yet?...

Nope, just wait it out. It is unlikely to damage the plant or spread and will likely die off on its own. Though you could wipe it off the leaf or siphon it out to speed the process.
