anyone growing blyxa japonica under LED's?

I have some blyxa in a 3g tank and its doing great but the 13w light i was using grew too much algae.

I intended for the setup to be low tech, so i would like to switch to LED's but im not sure of...

One method I've seen is using several small stones with moss attached (or tied down) then over time the moss will grow over them hiding the stones leaving a moss carpet.

I use the dwarf lotuses and I also use C. wendtii 'bronze' which has a dark brown color, that add's contrast to my green stems, crypts, and ferns.

I bought it as a farlowella, it's actually more of a cream color, but only slightly, this fish is only 2" right now so it may color up when it's larger.

60g low-light re-done

This is the main 60g tank in my living room, I think this is one of the nicer planted tanks I've ever setup.

It's low-maintenance planted, no CO2, and I still haven't added any ferts, might add...
