Why do you want your pH in a certain range? Trying to grow or breed something specific?
If not, inject CO2 to make your plants happy, and forget the pH levels. Most plants and fish will adapt.

You can also DIY it Look for water bed fill pump.
But, rather than waste the water down the drain, this is great water for flower beds, and veggie gardens.
