Not that particular one. There's no real pressure on the ends so it's probably more cost effective for the manufacturer. I'm surprised we don't see more.

The same needle valve that would have come those regs are on the auction site for about 10 bucks. Not the greatest but cost effective. There would be a little diy involved.

Unscrew the pressure adjustment knob counter clockwise until it stops.

Disconnect the cylinder from the regulator.
