The one thing I'm really kicking myself over is the hard plumbing for the return. It makes getting the pump out of there a huge PITA.

I like to just put the heaters next to the inflow/outflow. It maximizes the efficiency of the heater and it groups all the ugly stuff in one spot so you don't have to work as hard to hide it.
