If you have good light, Proserpinaca palustris can get yellowish. Actually it will give you shades between green and orange....

Marsilea minuta, dwarf clover. Grows in water. doesn't get too compact and is easy to thin out and never (at least in any of my tanks) gets tall. It's about the best dang ground cover there is.
