Importance of Flow

Just something that has always bothered me and I figure someone can answer

but is flow rate truly important in our tanks?

Ive done it countless times....I can put down a layer of soil, cap it...

you could get a little fancier...like i did eventually and connect a relay,...

It shouldn't take more than say 10-15 WC to reach your final level
