Plus one on the jbj cube ! The blue lights though will not support plant growth. Plant friendly lights should be between 5000K -10000K.

Could be a new tank syndrome for the plants. These plants should be hardy but if they came from a tank with different water parameters, it happens.Try dosing some ferts to supplement your new tank.

could be your purigen too! There are some chemical stuff there that your shrimps dont like at all. Watch out your dosing too, dry ferts not good for shrimps too. Dilute them thoroughly.

Wrapping them with moist paper towel with not too much water will help . Seal the plastic bag and keep them away from heat. You don't want them to boil. You should be fine for 3 days even more.

KUHLIs are also sensitive to excel , any chemicals and high c02 concentration. So be careful. Lost mine from chemicals I can't remember. I still keep giant kuhli's together with shrimps .

Really odd for AS huh! Get some PURIGEN in your filter. Just make sure you rinse them first. Should take care of the tea color in a matter of hours depending on your water flow.
