Mid-high tech lighting for 10gal tank?

Looking for suggestions for lighting a 10gal tank. I am going to start out using excel.. Might eventually go to pressurised, I'm not sure yet.

The plants I'm going to look for will be medium tech...

I've heard people did that and then the hose later popped off when the plastic hardened. Water was pumped all over.. Not something I'd like to risk. :/

Rescaped my tank..now it's mostly swords.

I just rescaped my tank.. I'm not 100% sure I like it, but I also know that the swords will be growing out quite a bit.

I'm going to be upgrading from a 28gal to a 37 gal tank hopefully, and I'm curious about the lighting for it. I do not want to run CO2, and I do want the lighting to be at about medium strength.....
