I have a 40w 48" T-8 bulb and two 20w 24'' T-12...

I have a 40w 48" T-8 bulb and two 20w 24'' T-12 bulbs. It is possible to get some more light on the tank but it'll only be a 30'' 8000k standard aquarium bulb. Not to sound completely ignorant here...

Actually what I have in their currently is Jungle Val instead of the corkscrew- what I wanted was for them to take off like crazy and grow all over my background area...
