Re: Dipping plants too long in bleach solution?
Java ferns are much more hardy and are pretty much bulletproof IME.
Moss shouldn't be dipped long. I would give it a vigorous swish in the solution and then rinse.

Re: Picking dwarf sag.
Pull them up with your hand. Try to reach into the substrate to grab closer to the base. Be gentle.

Re: HC...Floating
You can float them. They are actually a stem plant. As other stem plants, if you float it, it'll start to develop stems and roots

Re: PRL. Who is keeping them
I am, but I don't have any pics of them. PRL Benibachi. Recently had to vacate them to another tank. I hear they need RO/DI water but I've got them in tap right now. They seem to be doing fine.

Re: To cory, or not to cory...
1" per gallon is a very flawed rule and should never be told to a beginner. I've seen too many large Oscars and other fish in small tanks where they can't even turn around. It's mainly the beginners...

Re: To cory, or not to cory...
I've got about 20-25 chili rasboras, 5 corydoras billineatus, 12 corydoras pygmaeus, 10-15 supreme fire reds, and some assassin snails in a 10G. It's working for me and I probably have less plants...

Re: 'Ghost' shrimp tries to eat its own fry
I never said you can't breed them in freshwater. It is definitely possible and has been done several times before. I did however say that their babies shouldn't be mini adults like neos or caridinas...
