Sorry i cant help with ID, but i did want to comment on that moss. That looks very robust, if that moss works out and you ID it or give it a name i recommend spreading it via swap n shop. Neat find!

Just wipe the surfaces intended to be painted with SOAP FREE steel wool. Then spray with standard Krylon. Let it cure up nice and stiff before reinstalling. :D
