As a word of warning, using metal halide lighting will put you into the "extremely high light" zone. Without CO2 and proper fertilization, you will inevitably end up with severe algae problems.

Rinse several times and then let it soak in some water with dechlorinator until there is no more bleach smell, and you're ready to go.

For a slightly cheaper alternative, you may want to look into generic glutaraldehyde instead.
