Those bulbs are 5000k temp. Not ideal. I have one mixed in with 2 6500k cfls and have noticed extra green spot algae on my glass.

Be careful with any cleaning sponges, many are toxic to tanks.

Reflectors wont fit. plan on putting it in a box with reflective foil on the inside and it will be raised to about the height of the original, the light spread gets better at that height.

They will be fine with everything listed except chinese algae eater or false flying fox.
