Yea they should be fine if you reduce the time to 2 days. If they still look fine after that, continue into the 3rd day and just keep an eye on the plants.

Same in my tank, my GBR's are the most curious fish in my tank. My guppies are fearless as well but they don't care what I'm doing, they just try and eat my arm.

Just wrap the plants in a paper towel then wet the paper towel. Put those in ziplocs and ship priority via USPS, flat rate around $6 I believe.
