if you have the space in your tank put some sort...
if you have the space in your tank put some sort of power head in there might have to move it once or twice to get the right positioning but i've had good luck keeping all my floating stuff to one...

I'm surprised these are as popular as they are considering the price you could buy: a G.F.C.I.(to replace outlet being used for aquarium, a timer, two power strips(one constant, one on timer)

I prefer the look of white but blue more closely resembles the moons intensity/color, the 470nm are the closest simulation i think . why not go half and half?

I would say trim it up a little in the top right...
I would say trim it up a little in the top right corner so it looks a little more tamed, add a couple plants for contrast color wise(more red?) maybe incorporate another foreground plant to mix it up...
