another question...if it requires a 250gph flowrate, does that mean the exit flow will also be 250gph? or will the increased diameter of the reactor slow the flow down? I'm not a fan of big flow...

I've noticed that discus prefer to be higher up....

I've noticed that discus prefer to be higher up. They seem to get scared more easily when they are lower down. I don't know if that is a consideration though.
