What do you guys consider the ideal temperature...

What do you guys consider the ideal temperature for a planted tank? So far I have been trying to keep it between 78 - 80...Is that ok? Or do I need to bring it down.

Well,

I will NEVER EVER EVERY clean out a saltwater tank again. Took me about 4 hours of scraping, razer blades, vinegar, etc. Next time I will just pay someone!

Whew. I got 3 bags of flourite...

fish only with live rock is quite a bit easier...

fish only with live rock is quite a bit easier than a full blown reef, but probably not as much fun. Its like having a freshwater tank without the plants! ;)

Reefs aren't too bad, it is just hard to keep everything happy. If something does die you have the possibility of killing the whole tank. I think if I ever did a reef again, it would be a nano reef....
