Question CO2 into filter intake

I want to inject my CO2 into my filter intake, but I'm worried about fish going into it. Is there a way to cover it up even when there is tubing in the way?

My otocinclus--yes, I'm absolutely sure that they are otos, not the other algae eaters--try to get onto my angelfish. It doesn't happen because the angels move away, but is there an explanation for...

Bichirs are bottom level--they only go to the top for air. Just an FYI ^_^. The bichir didn't react much towards the gourami I used to have or the danios, so I'm not that worried about it.

Tiger lily in bulb pack?

I'm curious because I want tiger lilies in my aquarium but I can't find any that have sprouted anywhere. So if anybody knows what species of lily they package in those, I'd like to know ^_^.

What about Finnex Ray2? It seems to have much higher PAR ratings than the other lights I've been talking about... but how will it translate to plant growth?

I don't think I'll need the edges fully lit,but which would grow plants better?
I know that the Finnex has a better PAR rating, but the RGBs on the Current may help plant growth a little, I'd think.
