Ich would die away from fish after a few days, so since these plants aren't with fish ATM, you should be fine once treatment is over in say, a week or two.

I did use organic potting mix...and a bit of topsoil....if they can live in well oxygenated water that's still interesting...because this tank is using pressurized co2 as well....(shrug)
